Tapas is a welcoming LGBTQ+ bar in the heart of Waikiki; relaxed, friendly, and open to everyone.

For more than 22 years, Tapas has been a place where locals and visitors alike can unwind, connect, and feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you identify as LGBTQ+, straight, questioning, or simply here with friends — you’re welcome at our bar.

Our team prides itself on creating an easygoing space where people feel seen, included, and celebrated. You’ll find great drinks, genuine aloha, and plenty of room to relax — inside in the cool air, or out on our open-air lanai.

Inside, there’s space to gather, talk, dance, and play — with music, TV screens, a dance floor, tables, high-tops, and a pool table for when the mood strikes.

While we no longer offer regular food service, our kitchen is still available for special events, parties, and celebrations — and we’re always happy to discuss options.
